Check-In Time: Check-in time is from 2.30 P.M. till midnight. A valid ID is required for check-in.
Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at 10:30 A.M: If an extension of this time is necessary, please check in with the front desk. Failure to contact the Front Desk before the check-out time will result in additional charges.
Age Restriction: Guests must be 21 years or older to rent a room. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property.
Checks/Deposit: We do not accept checks for room payments. A credit/debit card or cash is required.
Cancellation: The reservation must be canceled 24 hours prior to the check-in time. Failure to meet this requirement will be subject to the cancellation fee. Please contact the property at 208-587-2783 prior to the cancellation deadline for assistance with cancelling your reservation.
No Pets Allowed: Out of consideration for guests with allergies or sensitivities to pets, we maintain a pet-free environment. Animals, birds, as well as aquatic animals are not allowed at the property. The possession of each pet results in a fee of $300.
Children: Children of 6 years and above will be considered as an adult at our property.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside and outside the rooms to maintain a smoke-free environment. However, smoking is allowed in the designated area in the corner of the building. Smoking outside the designated area results in a fee of $200.
Deposit of Valuables: Please help us keep your belongings safe. We suggest that you do not leave any valuables, such as jewelry, cash, traveler’s checks, securities, etc. in your room. We cannot assume responsibility for any missing articles.
Damage to Room: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment, including the removal of electronic equipment (if applicable), towels, artwork, etc. will be charged a fee for replacement and labor. Any damage to motel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
Damage to Mattresses and Bedding: Damage to mattresses and linen, including towels, mattress pads, sheets, and bedspreads will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement needed for the damaged article. Also, damage to blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will also result in this surcharge.
Disability-Accessible Rooms: We do not have any disability-accessible rooms available.
WiFi: We offer free WiFi to all guests as a courtesy. A guest’s access may be restricted or halted at any time, at the staff’s discretion, due to excessive or inappropriate internet usage.
Failure to comply with manager or staff direction and instruction at any time may result in a guest being asked to leave.
