Policies

Check-In Time: Check-in time is from 2.30 pm till midnight. A valid ID is required for check-in.

Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 10:30 am: If an extension of this time is necessary, please check with front desk. Failure to contact the Front Desk before check-out time will result in additional charges.

Age Restriction: Guests must be 21 years or older to rent a room. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on property.

Checks/Deposit: We do not accept check for room payments. A credit/debit card or cash is required.

Cancellation: The reservation must be canceled prior to 24 hours. Failure to meet this requirement will be subject to the cancellation fee. Please contact to the property at 208-587-2783 prior to cancellation deadline for assistance with cancelling your reservation.

No Pets Allowed: Out of consideration for guests with allergies or sensitivities to pets we maintains a pet-free environment. Animals, birds as well as aquatic animals are not allowed at property. The possession of each pet can cost $300.

Children: Children of 6 years and above will be considered as adult at our property.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside and outside the rooms to maintain smoke-free environment. However, smoking is allowed in the designated area in the corner of the building. Smoking outside designated area can cost $200.

Deposit of Valuables: Please help us protect your property. We suggest that you do not leave any valuables, such as jewelry, cash, traveler’s checks, securities, etc. in your room. We cannot assume responsibility for any missing articles.

Damage to Room: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment (if applicable), towels, artwork, etc. will be charged a fee for replacement and labor. Any damage to motel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.

Damage to Mattresses and Bedding: Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

 

Disability room: We do not have disability room available.

 

WiFi: We offer free WiFi to all guests as a courtesy. A guest’s access may be restricted or halted at any time, at the staff’s discretion, due to excessive or inappropriate internet usage.

Failure to comply with manager or staff direction and instruction at any time may result in a guest being asked to leave.
